FAQ
Uptime Reports questions
How is uptime calculated?
From confirmed check results. A minute counts as down only when the monitor was confirmed down from multiple regions, and maintenance windows are excluded.
Can I hide internal monitors from a client report?
Yes. Each report includes only the monitors you select.
Can clients see reports online?
Yes. Share a private link, or publish uptime history on a client status page.
