Terms of Service

01Your account

• You must give accurate sign up details and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including actions taken by users you invite.
• You must be authorised to act for the organisation named on the account.

02What you may monitor

You may only create monitors for websites, APIs, hosts and services that you own or are authorised to test. Check frequency and request volume must stay within your plan and must not be used to load-test or disrupt any system.

03Alerts and paging

Xuptify sends alerts through email, push, chat tools, SMS and voice calls. Delivery depends on third-party carriers and networks that we do not control. Keep more than one notification method and an escalation step for important services.

SMS and voice alerts are included up to the monthly allowance of your plan. Usage beyond the allowance is billed at the rates shown on the pricing page.

04AI Root Cause

AI Root Cause provides suggestions based on the data you connect. Suggestions may be incomplete or wrong. Your team remains responsible for diagnosing incidents and for every action taken on your systems. Xuptify does not change your systems.

05Status pages

You are responsible for the content you publish on your status pages, including incident updates, maintenance notices and anything shown under your brand or domain.

06Plans, billing and changes

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, per monitor with the minimum shown for each plan.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period.
• Prices exclude taxes, which are added where required.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days notice by email. Changes apply from your next renewal.

07Service availability

We run Xuptify across multiple regions and providers and aim for at least 99.95% availability of the monitoring and alerting service on paid plans. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance on our own status page.

08Your data

You own the data you put into Xuptify and the data we collect on your behalf. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time while your account is active.

09Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time from the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, put the service at risk, or remain unpaid after reminders. Where possible we will warn you first and give you time to export your data.

10Liability

Xuptify helps you detect and respond to incidents but cannot prevent them. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost revenue, lost data or indirect damages arising from outages of your systems or from delayed or undelivered alerts. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
